She has been backing gospel artistes for over a decade, so praising God isan art Milcah Nana Ekua Tetteh popularly known asLady Milcah loves to do.
And to showcase her love and gratitude to God for how far He has brought her in life, the graduate of the Cape Coast Polytechnic has summed up her feelings in a song, Adom.
The song which is part of her maiden Adom album will be officially launched at the International Central Gospel Church (Resurrection Temple),Tema Comm 29 on Sunday, November6.
To Lady Milcah, there is no negative circumstance that God cannot turn around and she urges believers to trust in the mighty name of Jesus throughout the album which was recorded by Aseda House Recording Studios.
A simple piece that addresses the everyday challenges of a Christian, Adom, the title track which is currentlybeing promoted, explores the challenges people face and how they need to trust in the ‘saving grace of God’.
Rendered in Twi, Lady Milcah and Prophet Enoch who was featured on the song take turns to encourage the downhearted not to lose hope in God since He redeems those who put theirtrust in Him.
“Adom is my first song to get publicityand I’m happy at the reviews that havecome in. You can’t get everyone praising you on your first work but the criticisms cushion you for the best,” she told Showbiz in an interview on Friday.
According to Lady Milcah, the launch will be a big concert in honour of God.Guest artistes slated to support her onthe day are Perry Lokko, Abena Amponsah.
